ABOUT US
Meet Our Founders
Dr. Dianne Boardley Suber, a visionary who brings a wealth of experience in educational administration and leadership. Her journey includes leading Saint Augustine's University as its 10th and First Female President after earning an Ed.D. in educational administration from Virginia Tech and M.Ed from University of Illinois. Additionally, Dr. Suber has served in Senior Administration at Hampton University and and in K-12 Administration. Her passion for empowering educational institutions and professional organizations drives the mission of our consultancy.
Dr. Sadie J. Carter, a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a doctorate in education from Virginia Tech. Currently serves as a transformational coach and Human Resources business strategist consulting training in Leadership and Policy development. She formerly served as the Human Resources Director for a non-profit. Dr. Carter previously held roles including Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Saint Augustine’s University and Director of Human Resources for Johnston County Public Schools. Dr. Carter's expertise spans both academia and public education, having also served as an adjunct professor and in various leadership roles within school districts.
